Previewing and printing report

 

C-Organizer print preview window looks like this:

 

 

Starting with version 3.1, a new unique feature has been added.  Not only can you preview the report - you can edit the report that has already been created as well!

To access Edit mode, press button .  After you do it, the created report will be available for editing, and corresponding menu items will appear in the tool panel.

 

 

To get detailed information about editing text, see the "Working with text and descriptions" chapter.  To exit Edit mode, press button   once again.

Note:  When editing, invisible table borders are displayed as dotted lines.  This is done to make editing easier. When printed, these lines won’t be visible.

 

If you press button   ("File - Save" main menu item), you can save the report as HTML or RTF file.

To print the document, press button  ("File – Print" main menu item).

To see how the printed report will look like, press this button   ("File – Print Preview" main menu item).

To set print page parameters, press button . Page setup dialog window will appear:

 

 

This window is used to set margins for printing as well as to create header and footer. Color and alignment of headers and footers can be changed.

To set paper orientation, press “Paper…” button.
