Notifications options

The Notifications options window looks as following:

This window allows choosing a desirable notification method: a screen reminder or an Email alert.

When selecting Email notification - all the reminders will be sent to a specified Email address, and no screen notification will be shown. However, all other pre-set additional actions (program startup, documents opening etc.) will be carried out.

Email notification options:

Host – SMTP server which sends out emails

User ID – User name (to authorize access).

User password – password (to authorize access).

From address – the Email sender’s address.

To address – the Email recipient’s address. C-Organizer supports multiple (comma separated) Email addresses.

After entering this data, click the button to send a test email to the email address you entered.

Note: to send email notifications, you need to have active Internet connection.
