Database manager

Advanced Diary is capable of working with multiple databases. You can create new databases on your own and swap between them during the work.

The Database manager window looks as following:

The left part of the Database manager dialog box contains database file list.

"New" creates a new database.

Using this button you can create two database types: Local database and Shared database.

To share an information on a Network, you need to create the Shared Database. Click here for more details.

"Add" adds a database file to the list.

"Remove" deletes database files from the list.

"Open" opens selected database.

"Pack" compresses a database. This will optimize a size of the Advanced Diary database.
