Q: How can I install your software once I've downloaded it to my hard drive?
A: If you have installed an older version of this software, before starting the installation make sure, that the C-Organizer is not started.
Run the installation of the new version and follow the instructions.
Q: How can I update C-Organizer or Advanced Diary to the latest version?
A: If you wish to keep your data from the older version then do not uninstall the older version. In fact install the newer version over the older version (i.e. install in the same folder as the old installation). With this your software is automatically updated whereas your data is intact.
Q: What happens when the evaluation period ends?
A: After 30 days of evaluation, if you have not registered the software, you will not be able to open the program.
Q: What do I get when I register?
A: After the registration, you'll get the registration key (serial number), which will remove a time limitation. Also you’ll get the unlimited technical support, all following updates free of any charge and an opportunity to suggest to us further upgrades of our software.
Q: I purchased C-Organizer. Do I need to pay again to upgrade to the newer versions?
A: No. All registered users of C-Organizer or another our products don't need to pay for updates. All future updates are FREE. Once purchased, the registration key is valid for all future versions.
Q: If I upgrade the computer or reinstall Windows, will it be necessary to register once again?
A: No, simply enter your registration key again and nothing more.
Q: I lost my registration key. What should I do?
A: If you are a registered user of C-Organizer or Advanced Diary and for some reason your registration code won't work or has been lost, please send a message to our support service (support@CSoftLab.com) specifying the details of your registration. You will receive your registration code by e-mail free of charge as soon as we verify your registration data.
Q: I received an error message when try to open C-Organizer, the program cannot open the database.
A: C-Organizer and Advanced Diary requires the Microsoft MDAC v 2.6 or later, installed on your PC. By default, this product should be included into the Windows installation package. Probably some files are damaged. Please reinstall the Microsoft MDAC on your PC.

Q: Do you have the PDA version of your software?
A: No, we do not have the PDA version of C-Organizer. But you can synchronize your C-Organizer Pro, including Appointments, Tasks and Address book with your Pocket PC or Palm device using CO Pocket PC Sync or CO Palm Sync tools.
Q: Is C-Organizer multi-user capable on a network?
A:

Yes, C-Organizer Professional is multi-user capable on a network. All data can be shared in real-time. You can be in your calendar at the same time as your assistant!

Q: Is it possible to carry C-Organizer or Advanced Diary with me in my "stick" drive from home computer to work computer, etc?
A:

Yes, you can install C-Organizer or Advanced Diary directly to the memory stick, USB drive or any other removable device and then run the program directly from this device.

Q:

Is there a site with alternative dictionaries for the Spell-checker?

A:

Yes, you can find more dictionaries here:
http://www.addictive-software.com/dicts.htm
Just unpack the downloaded files into the "...\Dictionaries" folder. Then configure the Spelling Options.

Q:

How to uninstall C-Organizer?

A:

You should exit C-Organizer before uninstall it. If you close this program using the "X" button in the upper right corner, C-Organizer will be minimized to system tray. To completely exit this program please use the "File - Exit" main menu item and then uninstall C-Organizer via "Add or Remove Programs".
