C-Organizer Pro users are not limited to desktop PCs. We have developed the CO Palm Sync utility so you can synchronize Appointments, Tasks, Contacts and Notes on C-Organizer Pro with Palm-compatible devices.Using this utility you can easily maintain the identity of data in C-Organizer Pro and your Palm device.

Now you will always be reminded about scheduled tasks and upcoming birthdays. You'll be able to plan you day no matter whether you have access to your desktop system or not, whether you are working at your office or far from it.

The process of synchronization is very simple and doesn’t take much time. Everything you need is to connect your device to the desktop PC and launch the synchronization.

Note: Please note: this version of CO Palm Sync will work with C-Organizer Professional v4.0 or higher only! C-Organizer Lite edition doesn't supported!

Before work with CO Palm Sync, you need to have Palm Desktop and HotSync Manager v 6.0 or leter installed on your desktop system. Usually these programs come with you Palm device. They can also be downloaded from the Palm's website:

You need Palm Desktop and HotSync Manager to establish connection and exchange data between a Palm device and your desktop computer.

CO Palm Sync does not replace existing software shipped with your device. It is more like an update of the existing software that makes it possible to exchange information with C-Organizer.
Installing the software

  • If you already have CO Palm Sync installed, ensure that it is not running. Also, please close Palm Desktop and HotSync in case they are running.
  • Run the installation package and follow the instructions.
  • If you have earlier version of the software installed, don’t uninstall it, just install the new version on top of the existing one.

Important note:

We recommend to disable the synchronization with Palm Desktop in the Hot Sync options. Palm Desktop can override edits made in C-Organizer
