How to upgrade C-Organizer v2.x to further versions

Old database import:

When replacing the old program version with the new one, the C-Organizer finds the already existing (old) databases and offers users to import them.

To import old databases manually, chose the “Import from C-Organizer files v2.x” option in the program's "Import" window.  After you do it, indicate the location of the old databases (give the path to group.cds file, the rest of the files should be located in the same folder).

Databases are imported the following way:

• Tasks Lists: all grouped tasks and tasks without due dates are imported into the Tasks, the rest of the tasks are imported into the Appointments.

• Alarm: all the alarms are imported into the Appointments.

• Address Book and Events categories are imported into their respective databases without any changes.
