How to upgrade Advanced Diary v1.x - 2.x to further versions

 

Old database import:

 

When replacing the old program version with the new one, the Advanced Diary finds the already existing old databases and offers users to convert them.

 

 

click the "OK" button. You will see the next window with conversion process:

 

 

Note: The new versions of Advanced Diary does not have backward compatibility with the old versions. Because of it Advanced Diary will create a copy of the old database after conversion. File will be created in the same location where converted database and will have the "*.OLD" file extension.
